It takes us 2-4 (business) days to process the order and ship it out. Thereafter, delivery time varies between 4-7 days depending on your location. Once we ship it it out, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you’d like your order delivery expedited please email us at hi@worldofpalette.com  and we’ll try to accommodate your request.

Absolutely! On special requests, we will be happy to deliver your gift in an attractive gift pack with a personalised message for no extra charges.

All our products are handcrafted with utmost love and attention. However, if the product ordered is not as per your expectations, it can be exchanged with a new piece of the same or lesser value within 7 days of receiving the product.

All returns must come back to the store in the same condition that they were received, with all original tags and packaging in order for us to process the exchange. Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by you. Cost of shipping the jewel to you will be borne by us. A return will be processed after it is received by the store and evaluated for its authenticity and condition.

As company policy, we offer no refunds on the product sold.
